Facility Maintenance & Repair Supervisor
Responsible for the execution of O&M facility services, quality, subcontractor performance, repair and minor new construction; Develops, evaluates, and schedules a facility maintenance program; Advises the Project Management Team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors; Develops an equipment, tool, and material requirement plan, and provides performance reports as required by the PWS
Qualifications
Must possess a driver's license; Must be able to read, write and speak the English language - level 4; Must possess strong computer skills and a high proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Certifications /Education
Bachelors degree and 2 years experience or Business or Technical School Associates degree and 5 years experience
