Armament Supervisor
As the Supervisor, performs a full range of work involved in the troubleshooting, repair, service and maintenance of small arms and other infantry weapons; and towed artillery. Provides leadership and guidance to the assigned team.MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. Manages the production schedule and the work assignments for leads and below on a daily basis. Ensures correct time is being charged by all shop personnel. Provides subject matter expertise to personnel. May require demonstration of correct processes and procedures. (50%).2. Ensures all TMs and work instructions are followed IAW with Army Regulations and Company procedures (30%).3. Ensures reports and documentation are submitted on time and correctly. (10 %.)4. Performs other duties and assignments as required. (5%).
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience with two years with leadership responsibilities. Prior military experience is a plus to include certification and training.
Certifications /Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
