Production Control Clerk
Serves as the centralized customer service focal point. Processes all work requests, to include after-hours calls, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, and writes corrective maintenance (CM). Classifies work using the most current Government work classification system. Inspects, maintains, repairs, operates, and performs minor alternations efficiently and economically. Processes all work requests within 24 hours after receipt to ensure a high level of customer service. Also manages the CE vehicle fleet and associated tasks, and makes vehicle assignments. Manages vehicle inventory, monitors Government vehicle status, provides maintenance oversight, prepares reports, and investigates vehicle incidents. Processes all work requests within 24 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
A solid background in automated data systems and automated data system input. 2 years’ experience in Production Control.
Certifications /Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
