MWR Supervisor

Under the direction of the MWR  Manager, the MWR Supervisor provides functional and supervisory leadership to the staff at assigned recreation facilities, and associated processes and programs.  Interfaces with internal and external customers/management to address and resolve customer support issues.  Accomplishes leadership and administrative tasks required to ensure effective contractor services customer support to LOGCAP.  Shall exercise considerable initiative and judgment in the day-to-day supervision and administration of recreation facilities operations.  Performs other related duties as assigned.  Supervises recreation facilities, programs, services and a diverse, multi-cultural work force in providing contractual requirements to the community.   Supervises the activities of a diverse staff within MWR recreation operations.
