MWR Manager
The MWR Manager shall be responsible for overall management of the MWR program. The mission of the LOGCAP MWR program is to provide quality, varied, wholesome, and constructive recreation and social activities that contribute to the mental, physical, social, and educational enrichment of all participants. The accomplishment of this mission directly contributes to the readiness of Military activities/units and personal readiness and retention of Military personnel. The MWR program services shall include Category A and B activities that encourage positive individual values and aid in readiness, recruitment, and retention of personnel by providing a community support system that makes the installation a temporary hometown for a mobile military.
Qualifications
5-years of specialized experience
Certifications /Education
4-year degree from an accredited college or university with a major study in one or more appropriate area(s) of recreation, hospitality, food and beverage or business related fields or 3-years of general experience in which candidate has demonstrated a knowledge of goals, principles, methods and techniques of recreation, food and beverage or business management.
