Custodian (Lead)

This position will report to the Custodian Supervisor. Position is responsible for the Leadership of the custodian staff. This position is responsible for General Cleaning and Sanitation, Floor Maintenance, Set-ups/Moving Projects and Miscellaneous Duties as required. This position will complete/provide checklist documentation for all tasks of the custodian staff to the Facility Maintenance Lead.  This position is detail/result oriented and requires organizational skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self starter and have the ability to work as a Team Leader on a time scale.
