Customer Services Coordinator 

Provides direct oversight and hands on management in the approval, submission and tracking of work orders in regards to all Vectrus, Program Facilities, Buildings and Installed Equipment requiring maintenance that is conducted by the Vectrus.  This includes coordination, planning, arranging for repairs and status reporting for all Vectrus, assigned Real Property and  or Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Facilities. Making repair coordination with DPW  for  all Facilities Issues and making use of organic assets and or local vendors to repair and maintain all GFE Warehouse Extensions. Maintains the Vectrus Facility Work Order Tracking System, and automated Share point Site. Provides weekly and as required updates to the Government Customer Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Submits CDRL requirements to the USG as required. Manages all aspects of Facilities Maintenance and ensures a through Facilities Maintenance Management Plan is in put in place, utilized, updated and maintained. This position requires flexible work hours, good communication skills both verbally and written, and excellent organizational competence.


Excellent customer service attributes;Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word; Ability to work with a very diverse workforce;Experience in records maintenance;Strong management and organizational skills; Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally;Knowledge in writing IOP’S, Plans, Work Instructions and Project Orders.Displayed experience managing a Facilities Maintenance and Installed Equipment Program.

Certifications /Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
