Supply Manager

Responsible for setting and maintaining all supply support activity and supply related functional standards IAW the Statement of Work. Implements training requirements and manages employee performance to include meeting production requirements, promotion, discipline and/or termination.  Set and establishes production standards, directs workforce, mentors personnel, monitors compliance, and recommends operational improvements. Assists the Program Manager in accomplishing the short and long term goals for the contract. Maintain employee compliance with safety requirements by communicating and enforcing policies and procedures. Insure compliance with applicable Government and corporate regulations, policies and procedures.
