Computer Technician (Help Desk)
Operate and maintain helpdesk functions. Performs installation, troubleshooting, configuration and repair of laptops, desktop workstations, basic network communication equipment, printers, and associated equipment & software.
Qualifications
One year experience troubleshooting and repairing PCs in an enterprise networked environment.
Certifications / Education
High School graduate or equivalent.COMPTIA A + Certification required: COMPTIA Network + and SSCP (DOD 8750.01M IAT Level 1)
