Site Manager

The Site Manager (SM) is responsible for meeting the Contractor’s on-site work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, subcontractors, and quality control. The SM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the daily operation of this task order. Functional authority and task completion are the responsibility of the Site Manager. The SM is responsible for direct oversight of the successful performance of key subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements. Additionally responsible for safe operations at their site and report to the respective area/country/region manager.


Minimum of five years of experience in supervisory or managerial positions. Experience as Site Manager for IDIQ task orders preferred. Managerial experience must include: performance management of employees, training, completing required reports, and excellent customer satisfaction results.

Certifications /Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related discipline.
