Electronics Technician Maintenance III

Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Typical duties include: laying out, fabricating, and assembling electronic components following predetermined methods and criteria; adjusting, repairing, and modifying systems, working from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams; repairing and/or replacing malfunctioning units as directed; setting up and operating standard electronic testing equipment. This technician works under immediate supervision and achieves technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.  


5+ years of manufacturing experience in an electronics maintenance or reliability role. Ability to make decisions regarding work priorities. Ability to read charts and document numbers and events on paper and in computer. Ability to read electrical indicators and laboratory equipment indicators.  

Certifications /Education

Associate's Degree in Industrial Electronics,  completion of an accredited Technical Apprentice Program in Electronics or equivalent military training
